CANCELLATION OF ALL SERVICES

The cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched. A cancellation fee equal to the cost of the trip plus a 20% service fee (equal to gratuity) will be charged for any cancellation, made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We know things may change so, a please consider giving a minimum of 3 days' notice for cancellation of all arrangements for any reason. Otherwise, a non-refundable 20% deposit(service fee) is taken of all arrangements. Unless the cancellation occurs because of extreme weather conditions & flight cancellation or health issues(with proof).

 * Please note that Saddle River Limo is not responsible for any payments or charges that may occur as a result of a non-confirmed trip. In order to confirm your reservation, we require a down payment or full payment in advance. If you do not provide the required payment, your trip will not be confirmed and we will not be held responsible for any fees, charges, or inconvenience that may result. Without a down payment, your reservation is not guaranteed. 

* Additional stops en route are charged $20.00 per stop

* We do understand that sometimes our guests may be running a few minutes late. We allow 15 minutes, after the scheduled drop-off time, for our guests to complete their service. Once the 15 minutes have expired, an additional hour + 18% driver gratuity will be charged. By booking you are agreeing to these terms of our services. And will be responsible for penalties.
